- On August 9, 2008 a new roundabout opened on Maryland Route 23 and an extended Commerce Drive in Forest Hill (Harford County), Maryland. It was built by a private developer to improve access to the Forest Hill Industrial Park by using Route 23, a limited access highway, rather than the current access road to Commerce Drive, Jarrettsville Road, which is primarily a residential route.
